Primary coordinator for team support. Recruits other team parents for key tasks and fills in where necessary. Is the primary contact person for the parents for any schedule changes and relays messages as necessary via email, web site and/or voice mail. Reports field usage and referees participation to Executive Director after each game.
Assists with securing fields for games and practices.

Schedules games for the boys teams following NCJLA guidelines. Schedulers will receive training and must be available for the league level scheduling meeting
Girls Game Scheduler Schedules games for the boys teams following NCJLA guidelines.
Equipment Manager The first team scheduled to play on home game days will be responsible for picking up the game day equipment from our storage unit and setting up the equipment ( pop-up tent, table, folding chairs, games day box etc…). The last team scheduled to play will be responsible for breaking down the equipment and delivering it back to the storage unit. Pick-up and drop-off times to be coordinated with the Field Equipment Coordinator. Access to a SUV, truck, or van is ideal for this position.
Organizes annual fundraiser for the club.
Special Events (Picture Day)
Chooses a photographer and coordinates team and individual photos.
Assists with ordering and distribution of uniforms.
Assists with ordering, maintaining inventory, and selling Warriors spirit wear.
End of Year Party Staff
Organizes the year end party for the club.
Off Season Coordinator
Assists in disseminating information to player regarding off season lacrosse opportunities. May work with coaches and players to facilitate participating in off season activities.
High School Liaison
Provides information and activities to graduating members to ensure a smooth transition to high school lacrosse.
Club Historian/Scrapbooker Collect photos, new articles and compiles into a digital or physical format.
Assists with Player recruitment via advertisements, flyers, banners, planning recruiting events, etc.
