Walnut Creek Warrior Lacrosse serves children in the following cities: Walnut Creek, Concord, Clayton, Pleasant Hill and Martinez. Children ages 7-14 are eligible to play in our competitive program. We have girls and boys teams in the following age categories:
8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U
Young Warriors: We also have a noncompetitive program for children under age 7 that emphasizes stick skills through fun play. For more info on our programs please see our FAQs page.

New Age Brackets 06/23/2016 Our League (NCJLA) has adopted new age brackets for the 2017 season....
Our League (NCJLA) has adopted new age brackets for the 2017 season. The new brackets are designed to keep children of the same grade level together. For more information on the new policy you can visit the league's webpage. You can refer to the chart below to determine your child's placement next season. Grade eight players that miss the age cut off will be allowed to play. High School players that meet the age requirements are no longer eligible.

Here are a few key programs and dates. Please check our website in August, once field permits are approved we will post firm days and times.
Introductory Clinics : These clinics cover basic stick skills through fun games and activities. No equipment is required, loaner sticks are available. Pending dates are late August/September.
Fall Ball Clinics: Introduces new players to the fundamentals of the game in preparation for Spring play. For returning players, it is an opportunity to build on their skill set and take their game to a new level. This is not a competitive season although FB will build to scrimmaging. Full equipment is required. Fall Ball clinics run 6-8 Sundays (depending on field availability) September through November.
Spring Season: All registrants will be placed on a team, evaluations take place in late November/December to determine proper placement. Our Spring season begins in mid-January and ends mid-May. Registration for our completive season opens the first week of October. Teams fill quickly, please check the website in early Fall to note the exact date and time registration opens.
